Recommended Resources for Parents
With so many parenting books, podcasts, and social media accounts out there, it’s easy to feel overwhelmed trying to sort through it all. You may be wondering which ideas actually work, and which will truly support your child. To make things simpler, I’ve put together a short list of books I regularly recommend to parents. These books are easy to read, offer practical strategies, and are aligned with the same approaches your child will experience in Synergetic Play Therapy. My hope is that this list helps you feel supported both in and outside of the therapy room.

Dr. Mona Delahooke
Parenting your child using the latest relational neuroscience research to support their nervous system and increase self-regulation.
